Hi, I’m Dr. Kelly vincent
Welcome! It is a huge step to seek support and I am happy you found your way to my website. Life can get hard at times, really hard. The pain and struggle can often feel too overwhelming to navigate on your own. This is where I come in. My belief is that therapy can be helpful to not only heal, but to learn, grow, and more importantly be heard. As a therapist, my goal is to help guide and support you during this tough time, while empower you to reconnect to yourself. You shouldn’t have to go through this alone.
A little bit about me…
I am a Licensed Psychologist (PSY30672) practicing in Encinitas, CA. My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and rooted in empirically-based treatment methods. My research and dissertation explored the integration of exercise in therapy, which led me to become passionate about the incorporation of psychophysiology and a mind-body approach in practice.
