Hi, I’m Dr. Kelly vincent
Welcome! It is a huge step to seek support and I am happy you found your way to my website. First, let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about my background.
Prior to becoming a psychologist, I spent 7 years in the digital marketing and advertising industry working for companies such as: Sephora, Showtime Network, and Visa. After what I call a quarter-life crisis, I took a bit of a risk and followed my heart into the field of psychology. I am absolutely honored to have a career where I am able to help guide, support, and empower others. My belief is that therapy is a place where individuals can grow, learn, evolve, and more importantly be heard.
I am a Licensed Psychologist (PSY30672) practicing in Encinitas, CA. My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, approachable and rooted in empirically-based treatment methods. My research and dissertation explored the integration of exercise in therapy, which led me to become passionate about the incorporation of psychophysiology and a mind-body approach in practice.
