What is Walk Talk Therapy?

Walk Talk Therapy is just like it sounds - the client and the therapist are outside walking during therapy instead of sitting inside an office. Many clients say that Walk Talk Therapy can be a more relaxed environment than the therapy office with an added mental and physical health benefits. If you are looking for an alternative approach to traditional talk therapy, walk talk therapy may be the right fit for you.

Walk Talk Therapy Process

  • Initial session will take place in the office

  • A comprehensive treatment plan will be developed with you, including the creation of short and long term goals

  • Assessment measures will be utilized to track progress and overall experience

  • Appointments last between 50 - 60 minutes

  • Therapist will check-in with client before, during, and after session

  • Walk Talk is NOT intended to be a workout
