Iโ€™m passionate about helping guide women towards a more holistic way of living by healing past traumas, embodying their authentic self, eradicating negative core beliefs, unsubscribing from hustle culture and working to integrate gentle and holistic lifestyle shifts to move towards alignment within the mind and body.

Young Adults

You may still be in college or just graduated, or you may be in your mid-to-late 20s. Maybe you feel like you should have your life figured out by now or you are questioning what is next. This phase of life often includes some of lifeโ€™s biggest transitions: breakups, friendship struggles, career decisions, and identity exploration. Iโ€™m passionate about supporting 20-somethings along the way to find clarity, root in their values, build confidence and seek connection.

My work includes helping guide female entrepreneurs and executives to heal from burnout, anxiety, imposter syndrome while creating regulation within their nervous system. My job is to help smart, high achievers like you to build skills to let go of perfectionism, communicate confidently, build professional self-esteem, become more regulated in the mind and body, and commit to a realistic work/life balance.

Mamas

You may be a first-time mom who is adjusting to motherhood or you may be hanging on by a thread as a more seasoned mom trying to keep it all together. In my belief, it is critical to get support along the way. Not only is motherhood physically exhausting at times; it can be emotionally draining as well. The highs and pure love are often coupled with lows and uncertainty. Motherhood may have also created feelings of burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, and confusion about who you even are. Mama, let me tell you, you deserve support.

    Mind-Body Practice Guide Download

    In this guide, we explore " what is emotional balance," nervous system education, gentle guided practices (e.g. breathwork, yoga + restorative yoga sequence), vagal toning exercises, reflective space to more deeply understand your individual experience and an invitation to restore, rebalance, and recalibrate the body and mind.
