FOR THERAPISTS

Being a great clinician and building a practice are two totally different skills.

The day you got licensed, the supervision stopped and the cohort scattered – and no one ever taught you the business. The marketing, the pricing, the positioning, the thousand decisions that go into building a practice that actually fits your goals and values. That's the part I help with – through mentorship, a collective, or a room of your own.

Business Support for Therapists

Facing a caseload and a hundred business decisions no one prepared you for? I can help.

Grad school teaches you to hold space, assess, treat, and refer. It does not teach you how to price your work, find your niche, market yourself ethically, build a website, or design a practice that actually reflects your goals and values instead of someone else's template. Then you get licensed – and the last of your built-in support disappears. No more supervisor. No more cohort. Just you, a caseload, and a hundred business decisions no one prepared you for.

I know the feeling, because I built everything I have while cobbling together support wherever I could find it. I came into this field from a marketing background, which gave me a head start on that side – and even then, I learned most of it the hard way, alone.

We all need a little hand-holding, and some wisdom from the people a few steps ahead. I want to be that person for the clinicians coming up now – in whatever form you actually need.

Some of you need a person in your corner.

Some need a community.

Some just need a door with your name on it.

Three ways to stop doing this alone

Support isn't one-size-fits-all. Start wherever you are – they build on each other.

Who's guiding you

Hi, I’m Dr. Kelly Vincent

A licensed clinical psychologist (PSY30672) in Encinitas. I treat anxiety and trauma, and I've built every kind of practice structure there is – private practice, group practice, a collective, a coworking space, digital courses, an audio course with The Great Courses, and a book on the way. I also came into psychology from a decade in marketing and media, which means I think about this work clinically and as a business – and I'd like to help you do the same.

Less doing.
More being.

Wherever you are, you don't have to figure it out alone.

A guide, a team, or a room – start with whichever one meets you where you are.
