Carving Out Your Core Values

WHAT TO EXPECT

When we’re not sure what to do, our core values guide us. When we’re not sure where to go in life, our core values guide us. It’s clear that our core values are so important, but how do we actually identify them?

We created this download to offer a guide for defining your core values. We’ll start by discussing what core values are and how they influence us. Once we have the building blocks, there’s a guided exercise for exploring which values are most important to you in each area of your life. We’ll end with more reflection and some suggestions for small changes you can make to incorporate your core values into your daily life.
