15-minute Emotional Release HIIT Workout with Maya

What to Expect:

Need to just move? Maybe you’re feeling on edge after a long day, or you’re looking to bring some energy back after a period of sadness. When we don’t adaptively release our emotions, they don’t just disappear. They can actually become stored in the body. This 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training class invites you to move your body and intentionally let go.
