Exploring “Parts” of Ourselves
What to expect
This download is an introduction to exploring the different “parts” of ourselves, also known as an Internal Family Systems approach. If you’ve heard this language before, you might be nodding your head. If you haven’t, you might be thinking, huh?
The core philosophy of Internal Family Systems is that we are multifaceted, made up of ‘sub-minds’ or parts that are constantly interacting within us. In this download, we start with an introduction to the Internal Family System approach to healing. Once we have the basics down, we’ll move into some reflective and interactive exercises to identify different parts.
This download is a good fit for you if:
You’ve heard of parts work and are curious to learn more.
You’d like to learn about the basics of Parts work and Internal Family systems.
You’re open to trying out a few reflective exercises to identify & learn more about the different parts of yourself.
