Extended Restorative Deep Rest Practice

WHAT TO EXPECT

A long, slow restorative practice for soothing your nervous system. This practice is great for days when you have a little more space to care for yourself. It’s also a great add-on to the Deep Rest Download.

  • Gentle movement to transition from productivity to stillness

  • Breathwork to stimulate the Vagus Nerve

  • Restorative Postures (3-5 minute holds)

Props: For this practice, you’ll need a bolster, a few cushions, or something sturdy like beach towels or blankets. Any of these work! Optional yoga mat.
