Inner Child 101: The What, Why and How to Do the Work
In this mini-class, we will dive into the what, why and how to begin inner child work. This work is critical because it helps us to identify and address the unresolved emotional wounds from our childhood. These wounds can continue to affect us in our adult lives, causing issues like anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. By healing our inner child, we can learn to love and nurture ourselves in a way that we may not have experienced as children. This can lead to greater self-awareness, emotional healing, and a more fulfilling life.
Supporting Your Inner Child: A Guided Meditation
In this guided inner child meditation, we will focus on healing the wounded and/or neglected inner child within you. This meditation will create space for you to connect with your inner child's emotions and experiences, in hopes of helping you release and process any unresolved feelings or traumas that may be affecting your present-day lives. Find a comfortable seat, and let’s begin when you are ready.
Exploring “Parts” of Ourselves
This guide gives you an introduction to Parts work, also known as Internal Family Systems. This modality recognizes all of our parts, and believes that in order to heal, we need to identify, understand, and compassionately work with our parts. This download covers the basics of this approach and includes reflective exercises.
A Guide to Attachment Styles

While our attachment styles can change over time, it is good to have an idea of your baseline in order to create self awareness.
