WHAT TO EXPECT

Do you need to talk a minute? Or maybe ten? This is a quick, anytime restorative practice to bring you back to your body. A good resource for busy days, moments of overwhelm, or anytime that you’re body is screaming ‘I need a break.’

The only prop you need for this practice is a chair or a nearby couch. Pillow & yoga mat optional!
