What to expect

In this mini-class, Dr. Kelly Vincent will walk you through how to know if you struggle with High “Functioning” Anxiety. We will explore the specific symptoms, both emotional and physical, that are often associated with the High “Functioning” Anxiety experience. We will briefly touch on the potential roots associated, with and an introduction to the nervous system. If High “Functioning” Anxiety is something you experience, we crafted a roadmap to guide you to the various Studio content that may be supportive as you are navigating your healing journey.

  1. Build insight and awareness of our experience

  2. Develop a foundational understanding of our nervous system and how it is patterned
